Note: Group entries refer to photo clubs, associations and other photo organizations. In order to get the special group entry fee offer, the group secretary/admin/moderator should send member list to salon.photogenic@gmail.com before the registration of each member. Each group member should register individually, and upload images in the entrant’s personal profile (entering identical postal address for shipping for all group members is mandatory!) The organizer would send a general invoice to the group secretary, which once paid, status would be automatically reflected as ‘paid’ in all member profiles.Best Club award will be considered for group with minimum 10 entrants in this exhibition and the list of member entrants with details of Name of participants, number of sections participated and particulars of payment must be mailed by the club authority to salon.photogenic@gmail.com

Once payment received, the payment status in your profile would be updated. Entries for which no or no complete payment has been received will not be judged. The entry fee is not refundable.

• Titles should be in English, NOT containing special symbols.
•  Accepted file types *.jpg, *.jpeg
• Maximum image width (horizontal) is 1920 pix. Maximum image height (vertical) is 1080pix with 300 dpi resolution. The entry will be displayed on TV – 1920 x 1080 pixels.
•  File size of each image must be within 2 MB.
•  Images must not have any signatures; images are being judged on black backgroundandexhibited on black/grey background.
•  Oversized images will not be resized. In such cases the entrant is required to resubmit theirentry with properly sized images.
•  Embedding a source ICC profile is recommended. The Exhibition will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the PSA. An entrant’s images will not be presented to the judges consecutively. An entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging in that section.
• Distribution of images shall be in the same round order as submitted by the entrant. At no stage will ajudge be able to view all the entrant’s images together
